Gail
Lawrence
Hi! I am Gail Lawrence, Administrative
Assistant for the Department of Anthropology here at Mizzou. My duties
are the same as most administrative assistants, working with the 15
faculty in this department; preparing class syllabus, copy work, phones,
correspondence, arrange meetings, departmental events, etc. The most
important and enjoyable part of my job is the opportunity to work with
you the student and potential students. Each student entering or considering
entering Mizzou's Department of Anthropology, should be in contact with
me at some point. I can answer most of your basic questions, send application
information, tell you about registration, deadlines, faculty members,
how to find places or people on campus, what department to contact for
housing, if our students are looking for room mates, etc. If you are
interested in Mizzou and Anthropology, the easiest thing to do is start
with me.
I can be reached at 573-882-4731 or by email at gail@missouri.edu.
If you have questions or just need to speak to someone, feel free to
contact me. Hope to hear from you soon.
